FreeWHERE WE CAN
Many group bookings cost you nothing extra, thanks to our venue relationships. Private hires, bigger events and full planning can carry a fee, and we'll always tell you before anything is booked. Depending on the venue, there may be deals or discounts too.

Do you charge for planning?
Often not. Many group bookings are free through our venue partners. Bigger or more complex events can carry a fee, and we'll quote it upfront.
Can you just find me a venue?
Yes. Use us for one thing or everything.
Is it only student events?
No. Birthdays, hen dos, work socials, club nights, festivals, private hires and society nights: if it's happening in Oxford, we can help.
Do you do work events?
Yes, from a team social to a private function.
How fast will you reply?

Can you promote my event instead of planning it?
Yes. Pick ‘Promote an event’ in the planner below and tell us about it. We'll put it in front of our channels to help sell tickets.
