Fill your tables.

Table and function-room booking for Oxford pubs, bars and restaurants. Guests book in a few taps. You run the night from a live floor plan, and you decide which bookings need a yes.

We're ready to set up venues across Oxford. Free set-up option is available.

A first night out should lead to a second. Make it easy for people to book the table.

IRL gets people through the door at events. Booking software gives your venue a simple way to take the next booking: a guest picks a day, time and party size, leaves their details, and you decide what needs a closer look.

A simplified, illustrative walk-through. Nothing here is real or can be submitted, and the venue and guest are made up.

The same sequence, in words

  1. The guest chooses a day, a party size and a time. Some times say Instant, others say Request.
  2. They enter their name, email and any notes, such as a birthday or dietary need.
  3. For a request, the guest sees that it has been sent and is waiting for the venue.
  4. In the venue inbox, the request shows who, when and how many. The venue accepts it.
  5. The guest receives a confirmation email.
  6. The booking appears in the venue schedule alongside the others.

You choose what needs a yes.

Two routes into the same schedule.

Auto-confirmed

These bookings go straight into your schedule. The guest gets their confirmation and you do nothing.

Needs approval

These arrive in your inbox as requests. You accept or decline, and the guest hears back either way.

Choose which days and times need your approval; other bookings confirm automatically. Which bookings are instant and which are requests is set up with you. The animated example follows an approval request.
